By accessing or using the Synthetic HRIS Generator service ("Service") operated by Synthetic HRIS ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Synthetic HRIS Generator is a software tool that generates realistic synthetic employee data for Human Resource Information System (HRIS) testing, demonstrations, and development purposes. The Service produces fictional employee records including names, addresses, job titles, salaries, and organizational hierarchies.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Data Generation and Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its algorithms, code, design, and documentation, remains the exclusive property of Synthetic HRIS. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Subscription and Payment
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

- Accept that subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Generated synthetic data is for testing and demonstration purposes only. We make no representations about the suitability of generated data for any particular purpose.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service will cease immediately
- We may delete your account data
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
